No don't run from it, just try to time it right when he will turn the other way and shoot, like if he were running towards the left and you KNOW he will turn to the right after they use one weapon(most players do this), then shoot a little behind them before they stop shooting but it also has to be when they are almost finished shooting. Since they're lagging, that player is already where you're aiming. I'm not saying if you do this you are guaranteed to get a hit, it just takes practice and timing.

I always try to be random and lead aim as well as possible - get the HB with tecs then finish em off with sawns is wat i do well i try to do this but i die a lot. I wouldnt take advice from me on lead aim/killin in samp, but i give u sheep

i use the power of cookie+sheep but a good tip is for me to run away then turn back and you got a free shot at your opponent or also what scotty said

a good tips, is always use enviroment, to cover from bullets, and never but never, run in a circle twice.

Learn how to lead aim, once you control that perfectly you don't even need to worry about your movement anymore..
