Dunno if i can explain it, but i´ll try: The idea is to add another stats to players, experience.

Each player start from 0, and he can win sperience by different ways:

- Killing / killing sprees

- Time playing

- Pickups somewhere

- Finding special objects around Las Venturas and collecting them (like easter eggs event)

- Completing rampages


The only reasons to loose experience will be:

- Time without play

- A kick or a ban



So, whats experience for? that im gonna explain right now maybe change a lot littlewhiteys:

Collecting experience, you get level. (from 0 to 100)

Then, winning level the player gets privilegies, like more money to save in bank,  to can buy respawn weapons, etc

By example:

Level 0: The player starts with Silenced,  cant buy weapons or save money and starts with 200$
Level 1: You can save 100,000$ in bank
Level 2: Now you respawn with 300$
...
Level 5: Now you can buy these weapons: (pump shotgun)
Level 6: Now you respawn with 400$
....
Level 10: Now you respawn with Desert Eagle
Level 12: You can save 500,000$ in bank
....
Level 15: Now you can buy these weapons: (smg, ak47, colt45)
....
Level 20: Now you can buy respawn weapons
....
Level 50: You can enter in Regulars Players Club
....
Level 60: Now you can buy these weapons: (tec9, uzi)
....
Level 70: Now you can buy these weapons: (sawnoff)
....

And more



It looks like impossible to script, but i think LWs Scripter can  8)


Its just an idea, so please say your oppinion. With this i think LW will get more players, and will be funnier.

If new players cant get the same advantages as long time players they wont want to play. This wont attract new ppl in wotsoever.

i like the idea of experience tho, people could me compared with killers even if all they do is race or complete rampages

thats why LW has not from 30 to 50 players. new players cant do anything, because anothers with sawnoff , uzis and 8 millions in bank kill them :\

Pretty cool, but this is still a DM server, this would move us towards roleplay a bit.
I like your idea though, but I would do it without the extra features. Maybe you could link a title to the hours you've been playing?

Level never worked, in some point is kinda cool. but, u have to wait to reach certain level to buy an specific weapons. i dont like it. i play a game when u face another player with more level then u, u can face him or shooting him, becuase, one shoot from him is deadly and u are dead.

id like something like this but, with the only benefit of the level will be special commands, and free money, or special weapons, or thinks like free weapons, or infinite ammo.

i dunno, i dont like the idea imself, but some think are cool.

LWs and GTAT:T are very different servers, but that doesn't mean GTA:T doesn't have very good ideas that could be implemented in LW's aswell.

I don't like the idea of making the game even harder for newcomers. Its too hard for newbies to the server already.

Newbies should have easier to buy sawnoffs, mac10 etc.. though.

Again, something 'similar', that doesn't mean that the ideas will be added just like that. The things you'll unlock won't affect gameplay in terms of a player vs player way. That is, someone who has just joined the server has the same chances to defeat a veteran as the veteran has to defeat this newcommer. You'll just be unlocking things that won't affect gameplay in THAT way.
