I want to know. Is this the problem of the game or from the Windows?
With the knowledge that I had carried more than one copy of the game
I own now the original version of the game and ChatBox Not Work :-[
i tired For Chat show
I Tried For Chat Show By : F7 and F9 None, does not appear > Chat
Can ayone help me ?
Is there any one have a solution? :-\

Rizla has currently disabled chat in your game to avoid listening to your trash talks. Make an appeal or contact him on irc.
Dont think I am lying, its the only solution you got.

Format your Hard drive,
reinstall your operating system (eg Windows),
reinstall a OFFICIAL, LEGAL, and CLEAN version of GTA SA v1.0 USA,
reinstall samp0.3c from samp.com and
try again.
if this doesnt work, its your hardware.

SA:MP 0.3c Chat did not work But game work coz All server now Work On SA:MP 0.3c
i tried copy files of samp 0.a and paste on files samp 0.3c
But nothink :-[
