Post by: Simon on January 20, 2008, 02:25:48 PM: That's the wrong server ip, try adding 83.133.126.170:7777 to your favourites. If it still doesn't work then post your IP and we'll check if it's banned.

Post by: LorenXo on January 20, 2008, 10:13:37 PM: I think what he was asking was for you to go start>run and type "cmd" (without quotes), then type "tracert 83.133.126.170" (again without quotes) in at the prompt and post back the results it gives. (It should take a few moments to complete)

Post by: LorenXo on January 20, 2008, 11:40:58 PM: I'm not sure if he'll need the other info but the bit you've blanked is kinda the important bit. I realise that the first bit will be your ip but the later bits are more useful. You can PM Simon or me and I'll relay it to him.
Of note, those are pretty high times which could be causing issues.
If you can, try making sure that no other computers are connected to the internet at your house and that you're not running any other programs which use the internet in the background (specifically peer-to-peer).
