There's a few things that need to be clarified:3 rounds per match and also how to set timer xDit will be 3 rounds each matchMistake.

The teams are all vs all in single matches? What if 3 different teams win the 3 rounds?
The location, construction site is a bad idea as teams can hide away from the other teams and not really fight to win, I suggest and enclosed interior to wich I or any other admin can tele participants to.
Prizes - I'm sure admins will be more then willing to give 5million to each member of the winning team, if it's well organized and enough people participate.
As a few suggestions:
If clans can make their teams, then they should be allowed to have more then one.. maybe not that's up to you.
Teams could have a particular skin wich they choose to make it a tad easier to fight against other teams.
Set a timer for your event date.

And that way there will be 3 teams with 4 players on each.
For Crank: Just add 1 hour to the time. If it says "5:00 PM GMT", you have to add an hour and it is "6:00 PM GMT" or "18.00" how we say it here. ;)
If it is i.e "4:00 PM GMT+3", subtract 2 hours, as you may see Germany is GMT+1. 8)
