GentleMan , i applied for new-nick two weeks ago, no admin accepted and i became hopeless and made new account ingame , i gave my friend money and he gave me back from new account and now i lost them after reconnect.

PAC saves player data once the player rejoins after registering.

So if I create a new acc called 'xxx', /register it without leaving and transfer 300 k using !givecash xxx 100000 3 times and rejoin the game, the money will be gone. If I /register, rejoin, and then !givecash it will be saved.
On the other hand, if I register 'xxx', leave the game, go to PAC and transfer my account to xxx the transfer won't work. Both accounts will be gone because you can't transfer to an already-existing account.

Uh, didn't this exact thing already happen before? I remember giving you refunded money the last time you lost it. I don't have access to name approvals either to see if your name is somehow their waiting to be approved.

Which was the new nickname you tried to change your account to?

Have you tried to contact any admins on IRC/forum regarding it?

Why did you not post a thread like this asking whats up and why your name hasn't been changed despite it being 2 weeks ago?

I dont know why nick not changed , infect i forgot for the nick i applied.

I forgotten that i applied for nick because i was also inactive , and today im accepted in CF clan and i logged in my pac account and applied for new nick then it says that already pending request.

Well, you should have contacted an admin directly regarding the delay as now theirs a huge unneeded mess happening as you went ahead and done your own thing. You remember this exact problem happened last time? And I said it's been too long ago when you tried to provide me screenshots/logs etc of the evidence of the money existing. Since you kept going on and on I refunded you your money from my own account. Afterwards, I also told you not to do this again in future and to use the proper name change method? You've just done the exact same thing I told you not to do. Your money won't be refunded  as you never took the advice I gave you back then and we're in the exact same mess as before with an even larger amount of money than last time.
