¿ Why many members "[M]", they become admins/mod, when they join to this clan ?
¿ Oh it's just coincidence or maybe something more ?

That's just coincidence. LW staff thought those who were promoted would be the best pick to help out the server.

But most of the staff ("Active") of lw is in the clan [M].
¿ Means that those who enter in [M], have more opportunity to be admin/mod ?, ¿ Or Not ?

Well,People with a good behaviour mostly join [M]
And they could be Admin/mod if they where in any other clan or clanless.

Look at all of the members of M, can u honestly name any1 who plays more AND obeys the rules (doesent flame). Anyway i can tell u that no M Admin/mod has ever proposed another M member to become a mod. Other admins propose the members because they play a lot and respect the rules.
