So what are these stats pedding bans..

.. all about? I don't really get it, i mean, why would you get banned for killing players? Maybe im too stupid to understand what you mean by that, but my question is, whats wrong with killing all players you see? It aint my fault that im killing the others before they can kill me, so why would i get punished for that?

Stats padding is when you got 2 PCs running SA-MP at the same time and leave the first afk to kill him with the other one. Or telling your friends to let them kill themselves by you, or paying for kills, etc.

If you kill someone afk and go from spawn to spawn that's ok, but if it's a friend or yourself it's obviously not. Not too hard to figure out.
