A summary of the changes that you want: Today walking my car, I found new locations to be added new properties.If it could be added in script properties, with different prices.

The advantages of this change happening: I think there are more benefits.More properties purchased, more money.

The disadvantages of this change happening: No disadvantage.

Any script snippets which provide the feature that you want: Script properties.

Extra notes: I think it's a good idea, probably has been suggested.It remains your decision if you can / want to a try out.

One disadvantage I came up with was that more money will move around.

I kinda support your idea, but I think that there should be limit of properties you can buy, so others have a chance also. Like limit it to 10, so new people can get properties and regulars fight for the top 10 properties.

Other than that, great idea!  ;)
