the tank spawns on top of mount chilliad at 12:00 tuesday

btw, i cant stand this new bug, im driving my tank, everything perfectly normal, than all the sudden BANG! HIJACKED! but no i really wasnt, its this new bug that im not sure what it is... but i digress
