Me and Roach decided to leave this clan. It's true that we started it, but it was supposed to be a grown clan, without the kiddy shit and shit. We did our best to let things roll smooth, but despite this, people have troubles with listening, want to get involved too much in the decision making, and this just doesn't work. Even in our practice server people have difficulties with listening, the only thing I've seen is a lot of discussion, childish behaviour, and also from you Shady.
We leave this clan to you Shady, you wanted a clan, well here it is. Find out yourself how hard it is to manage a clan with good people. It's not a contest to get a big skilled clan in a small timespace, I told you multiple times that you should have patience, you don't seem to get that. Even on MSN when I'm away and don't answer you start flaming, you don't understand that I also have other stuff on my mind to take care off. If i don't answer, I'm not there. I'm just trying to say you don't have patience, and this kind of behaviour I can't accept from anyone, and especially not from another clanleader.
We also could have kicked you from the clan and start over without you and all other members, but we decided to leave it to you. You have a forum, you have your own server, I'm sure you can do it yourself. The purpose of a clan is that you can play together as a team, we just didn't see that, not even one time. I just don't wanna argue anymore, Roach and I agree on this, that's why we made a new clan, just the two of us. We both have a lot of patience when it comes to recruiting people, but we don't have patience with people that are childish and have problems with listening. Therefor I'm sure our new clan will stay, anyone who doesn't respect our rules gets kicked out, I don't want any discussion anymore. I want people with good behaviour, people who see this the same way as us and I'm sure these people are there. We don't ask much so we gonna have a fresh start. This might suck for you, and maybe it sucks because I was so confident Ns would stay, but I've learned from this experience and we're gonna do this different this time. I'm getting to old for this shit, I'm tired of playing babysitter.
