Helis are actually really annoying indeed, maybe set helis hp a bit lower, to 750 or something. You can still do everyday stuff with it, but you can be shooted down a lot faster if you come to ruin the fights in nam.

Can't have a proper nam war with helis ruining everything. This is still a running weapons DM server and helis kinda ruin the very few fights we get these days.

You got the point Alvar but , when it's a 2v1/3v1/4v1 fight and anyone from your gang or anybody else coming with a heli and chop you or your opponents, even if he kill you , it's better.

I'm neutral at that.

Another compromise would be to put a limit on the amount of helikills, by detonating the heli at some point.

I just dont like all those suggestions.
Things like "The new players leave because of helis"
are just stupid...
This game is just a bit older and wont get much more players.
There should be still sth like "Officials" in samp with just a few servers..
Like that Lw`s would get more players and not with thousands of suggestions and not by removing everything.
And there are a lot of ways to look at this .. If Slice says Helikill is lame and should be removed because new players leave when they get helikilled then i say there are 5% of new players who get helikilled and the rest get just killed by regulars which camp at police dep.
Exactly the same with Driveby.
I Like that game so much cause you have so many things to do and so many ways to kill people and i am complete against remove stuff from the game or get punished for some things.
In the end everything will be decreased to just normal fighting on the street if it goes on like that.

It used to be fun when there was only one or two helikillers and they were actually good at it, now it just causes FPS lagg and the explosions are plain annoying. I wont vote for now, I'll read other opinions first.

Heh lol i was starting to wonder when this woud come lol...
Lets say if the agreeing of the rules woud be gone and the old rules display woud be back...
Maybe with some changes like 2 new rules like "Do not abuse helicopters for kiling people"
                                                              and like "Do not abuse drive-by for kiling people".
Its not like NOT ALOWED its more like dont do it often(abuse it).

sure they annoying, especially at nam, but i play that game coz u have so many ways to get ur own gamefun-lvl, the question is yall want a only foot fight server? i guess no...

well we got a duel arena, im more pissed of getting asked/insulted if im online and want some good "fair" gangfights and alltime get "Duel here" "duel there" "scared" etc...

disabling helikills cmon, whats next removing all weapons and all use deagle? well we can also have fights only with flowers... well also could remove all cars -> have fun walking...

so my statement is "NO", just doesnt make sense at all...

i didn't have removing helicopters in mind. more like punishing if you helikill more than x amount of times in x minutes or something.

got ya... also got the point ppl left, but i see only nam as a heliproblem, there sometimes like 4 helis around, no good fights anymore n shit...
so how about a invisible airwall? like a big invisible cage  around nam that only shows up if ur in a heli...
im not a scripter i just dunno whats able to do n what not...
incase could also explode the heli automatically if its near nam...

but still i think they will find any other way to disturb there...

 Well yes Helikills ruins the few fights we got at Nam and obivously is making harder to have a fair fight But  I say "NO" cuz they can get fast shot down ... but it annoys me ,  when exploads like 20 times ...

Yea I think there are simply to many helis, helikill itself isn't really a problem imo.
