there has been a discussion by some people that say the server was better before, when you started with only deagle. However, anyone knows that for a new player, this is like being a disabled grandfather in the jungle of Jurassic Park. So my idea is keeping the default weapons like they are now (deagle + uzis + sawns), and implementing a command for those regulars who want to start with only deagle, something like /deagle or /removeweapons so each time they login, they type the command and the uzis and sawns are removed.

This way, new players would have it like now, and regulars who want a harder game would have that option.

Man, it's you who was talking about helping new players, and now you say that it would be awesome to have only deagle? you contradict yourself...

It would just be rarely used, there's a difference between everyone spawning with just deagle and purposefully crippling yourself so you're just weak.

Ya...but...Im not talking now about helping nubz lol no...I was thinking of making pros be weaker...wow! in some way...Im helping nubz again!

I knew someone would say this, but if some people want a harder game they can have it. Besides, it's true that other players that don't choose this option would have more weapons, but this also happened when there was only deagle for everyone and the other players simply had logged-in some time before and had bought those weapons.

Really? now put it the other way round: regular logins, he buys weapons and then a new player logins: the regular owns the newbie.
Also, spawning with only deagle doesn't make the pro weaker, because a pro can kill with deagle whereas a newbie needs a more powerful weapon.

Also, some new players don't even buy weapons, for different reasons: they don't know how to, they don't have enough money, they are killed when going to Ammu, etc.

I didnt play samp a long time...so I didnt know that deagle thing was working here! I mean...2 just have deagle when logging in! And ya...I didnt say that ppl should loose their spawns after death! I just said that cuz spawns are useless sometimes! ;: )

Well, but the problem is that only deagle would make it ONLY A BIT harder for regulars, and MUCH harder for newbies. Why? for two reasons: the first one is, as I said, that a regular can kill with deagle almost as easily as with any other weapon, whereas a newbie suffers much more difference between weapons, specially uzis/tec9 which are runing weapons and can also be used to db. And the second reason is, that you know FOR SURE that a regular will eventually buy other weapons, whereas a newbie is more likely to not buy anything and just play with what he has.

Yeah but you are a regular, however put yourself in the place of a newbie.
And with this, you are giving me the reason, when I say that a regular can kill with deagle but a newbie can't.

Also, it's true that we are going off-topic, this thread is not about whether it's better to start with good weapons or with only deagle, it's about keeping the weapons the way they are now, and giving people an option to start with deagle and buy the other weapons with their money.
