i have few suggestions

1    increase the time from 5 min to 1 hour so u can get ur money and weapon back after rejoining(within 1 hour)
2    allow ai cops to wander about, so they can kill people and also can bust,taking weapons and many more same as we have in sp

To first suggestion,NO.10 minutes is enough,its not 5.

at first i dont rly care for weaps as i buy em when i join and dont care for money so it can be 1 min i've no problem

I think it should be maximum 10/15 minutes as suggested before.

2.) Why don't you create a cop-gang & chase everybody???

1) very stupid your idea , ever give / q and enter the game after some time without losing money or other, Think if you have an hour in any fight you / q wait 20 minutes outside of the game until then pour in the game come back without nothing to lose. Often follow a million nobs who had money even when they were two of them and gave 11 hp / q making them wait for me to roll over
I mean to remain as it is now if you really need a break of 1-2 hours can leave a man in a bank / ammu

Who ever said to u guys that u got 5 mins when u leave to get back to not lose weapons is wrong.Its 10 minutes and 10 minutes should stay.If u crash u can reconnect in 2 mins(for me is 1  ),and noone would leave to risk losing weapons,u can just pause inside 24/7.

If you wanna be AFK go in bank and pause then go, the 5 minutes is only for crash and its not to short, you crash you click connect that's all, 5 minutes is enough.
