Why Is LW empty!?

ya...like I said! Whats the point!? 
I mean its just name changed! How could that be reason for ppl dont wanna play on LW`s!? 

Official tab = 8(?) servers
Hosted tab= ~50 servers

Difference?

I prefer to be there hosted tab and official tab

hosted tab for 10 dollars --- and official tab for 20 dollars or free for old servers (my idea)

Fav-tab: Ofc it's there, but most players aren't doing it n/or don't know how to use it.

1. Your telling people they have to get into a car (apparently entering a car is not a command but a bug ? yes really)  thats on fire or has a player with a sawn off shot gun pointed at the drivers seat . If they think oh no its on fire or I don't want a face full of lead they have to get in the car crazy  crazy rule which of course will get you banned . Now this rule was made by some good player who is probably in a clan however this does not help the single new player who enters your server it actually chases them away either through being banned or thinking whats the point of playing there either way you loose players that way.

I don't know where you got this from, but it is not a rule. If a car is in flames you don't have to stay in it.

My point here to show you that I am not just laming . If you remove the silly car bug rule then you won't ban so many players new players who will tend to use the car bug as it is rather hard fighting 3 or 4 vs 1.  Besides all you did was clear up the car on fire and by doing so side stepping the main point.

2. Unhelpful Admin mixed with nasty ego .... No lame Englander . I will try and explain this simply , the admin will turn a blind eye to their friends abuses and ban new players if they bug abuse (see *) . This is unjust . What is good for the Goose should be good for the Gander . 

There are only like very few admins right now who are like that, but overall you have nothing to complain about here, it's by far one of the most impartial and just admin teams there are in SA:MP .

Still does not make it right you need to show regular or good players they will be treated in  the same way as new players. Soon enough the players and the admin will know how to act in the correct fashion .

3. All Admin should sing from one hymn sheet ( I love euphemisms me ) example .

* Admin Puberz /sync under a car is ok and is a command and not a bug yes really folks .

* Admin shadowfire /sync under a car again and I will ban you .

So there you have an imbalance one admin says its ok the other will ban you putting the player in a position where they do not know right from wrong  .  I know some of you have a problem understanding me sometimes so if you wish to message me I will respond quickly .

Since always /stop was allowed to use in order to avoid getting parked on, and now it's disabled in every way that it could be abused, along with /sync. Unless there's a rule agreed by the management and admins all together, then it is still allowed. I think that the only place where I agree is that alot of admins don't check up on the new rules updated on the forums and ban people without knowing.

You're always criticizing without even knowing what you're talking about, and it's never anything supportive, it's just annoying nonsense.

Actually everything I have said is supportive you can point out where anything I have said is not supportive and I will gladly respond to that. Whenever I will play this server I will never lame or flame again and I apologies for my conduct recently. Its not very befitting .

Plus the aim of this topic is to get new players to stay. I must admit until recently I have enjoyed playing LW and met some very nice people there.

Solutions to get more players and more fun
1. Auto /hitman (auto bounty for random player)
2. Minigames (auto) & Auto hosted races
    - More scripters so this can be done faster
3. new home page (e.g. littlewhiteys.co.uk or stg like that)
4. Reset all players money to 0
5. change first skin on selection
6. Auto tutorial for newbies
   - Like R-P servers where it shows automatically the main places and tells you what to do.
7. Stunt places ( mapping)
8. Give newbies more benefits
    -Kick undercovers, to avoid abuse of this
etc
9. Create a topic in sa-mp.com (advertisement board)
10. More staff members, or votekick for trustable ppl so they can kick cheaters

1-Was already suggested by Miczi, but I don't think that's a good solution (at least if it's done randomly). Imagine it's put on a new player: he is dead in just a few seconds.
2-I cannot agree more.
4-This was also suggested by Miczi (resetting banks each week), but it would be confussing for new players: if someone registers just the day before and the next day he sees his money is gone, he will think that it's always that way. A tax system would be better.
5-I don't know what to say about this: newbies with police skin increase spawn killing, but also bring more action, so I don't know whether the bad side is bigger or smaller than the good side of this.
6-Also suggested by Miczi, and a brilliant idea.
7-If you mean giving some rewards for vehicle stunts then I agree, but if you mean to put some ramps and shit like in other servers, I don't like it: it creates lag and popping.

I feel i should respond to Englander cus of some comments:

For what its worth I have been in game a few times lately and here goes .... .

This rule goes: You cannt fake entering a car to gain an advantage (fair nuff if car is on fire i say dont get in it) but people were abusing this by "entering car animation" (which happens on your screen) then not entering the car but appearing behind you and killing you. Which was (a) annoying and (b) abusing a "synch/what you see" bug.

Admins treat all players the same. Hell we ban and kick our own clan members if they abuse the rules.

All admins do try to sing from same hymn sheet but at times we do have discretion. For big decisions (such as avoiding death, or the example you gave) we are united!!!

Now i want to see you in game more and with sheep to make up for hurting my feelings. There must be at least 5 sheep which are all fluffy and cute!!

you say "no official list" and you are ok but another main reason is changing from .2x to .3a, since most of players ( noobs) didnt know that it was going to change, if you are in .2x you wont be able to play at lw's, lvp, etc, even if you got the correct ip or if the server is in the official tab,
- Most of the players got stucked in 0.2x
thats why San fierro rumble (when .2x was the latest version) had 5-20 players max but when 0.3a came out and all the servers went to 0.3a , san fierro rumble was 1 of the main servers to play for 0.2x players , they reached the maax slots ( 120), and when they changed to 0.3a the maximum was 70- 60 and going down...
