Why Is LW empty!?

you say "no official list" and you are ok but another main reason is changing from .2x to .3a, since most of players ( noobs) didnt know that it was going to change, if you are in .2x you wont be able to play at lw's, lvp, etc, even if you got the correct ip or if the server is in the official tab,
- Most of the players got stucked in 0.2x
thats why San fierro rumble (when .2x was the latest version) had 5-20 players max but when 0.3a came out and all the servers went to 0.3a , san fierro rumble was 1 of the main servers to play for 0.2x players , they reached the maax slots ( 120), and when they changed to 0.3a the maximum was 70- 60 and going down...

It's also true that most of the players that still play 0.2x are just foreign cheaters that don't understand english. Now most people play roleplay because they have more regulars and bigger communities, so noobs join servers with more players. Same with GamerX and PartyServer, the only two non RP official servers that weren't affected by the "up"grade.

Another suggestion why not build upon your target audience ? On my server for example we tend to go for the North European and Middle Eastern player on a good night we can equal an established server like LW  . You have a large southern Europe / south American community ? I hate sounding evil and business like as I often get told I criticize and nothing else but if I was you that is what I would exploit. Other then that I will (with help) perpare my players to play on your server why you may ask ? LW is home to me and perhaps a feeder system is an option ?

No negativity or criticizing involved there AJP ? Only help from a consistent source .

the current gamemode + our regulars does not get us enough players. As many of you have noticed many servers have managed to deal with the lack of official tab, so its not impossible. Right now they are popular because... They are popular. When I started samp for the first time, the first thing I have done was to put server in order by the ammount of players, and I guess many ppl does the same. And to start with we should make many regulars play at the same time, for example by rly interesting events announced on the forum or making something special happen every weekend evening, for example double the cash from properties or lower the prices of special items (only during that days).

I have also some ideas about changes in the gm but i dont like writing on the phone so i'll post them later. And what I posted here is easy to implement cause they are only minor changes.

This is kind of nonsense, it has totally nothing to do with 'pro' / skilled people, mainly reason that I can see, as may some players said it before, it's the official tab, but I don't see anything related to prop players, explain me better if I got it wron

And I can do some other thing when not playin SAMP...cuz I dont play it 0-24! Like...go 2 work...get drunk,eat,sleep,have sex,listen to some music,breake a couple of bones on my skateboard,write songs,play guitar...and stuff like that! 

And I still think that LW would be full again if some ppls let nubz play...cuz nubz are the ones who made this server...we were all nubz...and its not fun 2 play without nubz! Thats what I personaly stand 4! Let LW live! Even without motherfucking "Official Tab" ! Ppls didnt quit playin SAMP with 0.3! There are still many full servers on motherfucking "Hosted Tab"!!! ...Or go and fucking ask SAMP creators to add extra tab and pay him money so LW will be only server on that motherfucking TAB!!!!  with 4 players online....
