1    first of all we have good racing system and our server is dm.But every newcomer cant enjoy these two things because,
-    bank limit is too low, no one is willing to host races and events
-    every race is being ruined by someone (through rutler and by passenger).never seen newbies finishing race
-    regulars kill newbies
-    lw have some special things which makes it different from others.Newbies should be able to buy every cpd item.deathexpl, rcheli (even the regulars cant buy these lol)

2    add horse bets a shop near police department in first city(u remember?)

1. Me Like It!  except bank limit! Its way too easy 2 earn $ in LW`s!
btw.u can ask few ppls to /gc so prizes will be bigger!(I did that) So races would be more interesting(but still useless as long there is many ways to sabotage races...so I think that must be fixed first!)

-Bank limits won't be increased, more probably they will be even lowered. Nonetheless, thanks to the money I earn with the car export system, I'm sometimes hosting some races from time to time.
-About newbies not finishing races, it's not only the fault of the race ruiners, but also of some races like All Around SA being too difficult even with no external interference. It should be possible for the race blockers and Rustlers to do their job, but at the same time with the racers having more chances to finish the race, that would be balanced and everyone happy. Someone suggested a short time ago to put some checkpoints to repair the cars in the middle of the race and that's probably the best of the ideas.
-About regulars killing newbies and about newbies being able to buy special items, I totally agree.

About ways to earn and spend money: bounties, killling people and races are neutral, because the money someone spends, is earned by someone else (well, actually can be ways of losing money if nobody finishes the race, or if you die and nobody picks your money).

As it's very long, it's very probable to crash several times until your car explodes. Also, it's easy to fall out of the road in some sections.

Desert Drift is easier (at least to me). I'm not talking about winning, but about just finishing (and earning some drift points, not going straigth). Among the 3 or 4 times I have run in that race, more or less twice I have been able to finish without changing my car.

/agree, you shouldn't need cash to make races, just another change
my suggestion:
If you want to create a race up to cash limit say(500k), then you dont need any cash for it, but...
If you want to create an extra ordinary race with more prizes then u need to add the extra money yourself!

And also that car export isn't really doing great for server! Maybe we need to increase the cash we can get by export say like 100k or something, this way money flow will increase, and if possible we can add blips which shows the car you need to export (say infernus, you can export only 1 infernus not any infernus), and also the car export announcement color should be changed to red, to show more emphasis!
