i don't know may you should wait to see if no one has anything against it in "bounty limit" suggestion. there is a nice discussion and might you could help there instead off making a new useless thread.
Yeah, I know that bounty delay idea to prevent spam is yours, but that "bounty limit" suggestion is about another thing, so if this new and different idea has come out, it's better to suggest it in its own thread, instead of discussing about it in a thread that is suggesting something different.
you should see how much people spam with their money sending/banking/withdrawing it.
But that spam only affects the people who are doing it, whereas bounty spam affects the whole chat of all players.
