As we all know Littlewhiteys now has a racing mode. Sometimes that script is turned off but when it's on its a really fun mode and I suggest you try it at least once. Anyway although I have only won the race twice and came 2nd or 3rd at least twice too I thought I could still give some advice to help make the racing a little less painless.
Firstly dont draw out your money then go to the marker to create a race as you could end up being attacked or jacked instead create the race then go get a fast car find a 24/7 thats out the way so you cant get shot with the money and draw out your race fee (250k and some money also for 2nd and 3rd prizes although its up to you how much if nothing for 2nd and 3rd) then start the race. All the instructions are in the red marker at the come a lot across from the four dragons casino.
When in the racepoint dont ram others as it may just annoy people and get you kicked, dont jack people as you could get kicked again, dont fight at the race checkpoint. If you see someone doing this report them and if an admin is about they will deal with them....possibly :p ( /report id reason )
It's best if you played the single player game a bit so you can get your bearings for everything in the single player world, locations, towns, local sights (the big ear sattelite or area 69 for example)
Make a note in your head of the quickest routes across the state, also keep an eye out near the race point if you see someone on foot running towards your car best move away from him/her as they might not be as racer friendly as you and may try jack you.
also if no admins are about and some idiot is shooting one way to deter them is to drive over them and park on top of them, they cant get up and their energy will go down, also try and defend other racers if you see someone shoot them give them a nudge with your car and knock them on their ass this is if no admins are about.
If their is a car in the middle of the road that someone left their to be an asshole then buggered off somewhere else if you feel kind enough you could always move it by nudging it out the way or getting in and driving it off to the side somewhere.
Also check which way people are pointing as some start points can be deceiving also check which way the race hoster is looking as that may hold a clue, it may not always be the most obvious route to you which is the best.
I hope this helps a few people, and remember its just a bit of fun and just a game.
