We can keep the current stats, but from now on they count
only in events and duels. Also, some time ago I made a
suggestion for Ammu wars and it was rejected, but seriously you should consider it. In case of implementing those Ammu wars, they would count to the stats too, so we would have 3 things to make stats, while they wouldn't count the rest of the time in the normal game.
I edit this thread to post another
NEW OPTION: Instead of the previous one, we can keep the current stats system but add a new feature that would complement it: a scoring system, by which when you kill someone, you get a certain ammount of points that depends on the kill ratio
of your victim. An example may be multiplying the kill ratio by 100, so if you kill someone with a ratio of 5 you get 500 points, or if you kill someone with a ratio of 0,8 you get 80 points.
Your final score would be the average points earned with each kill, so if for example you kill 3 players, one with a kr of 2, another with a kr of 0,7 and another with a kr of 4,5 your final score would be:
(2 + 0,7 + 4,5) * 100 / 3 = 7,2 * 100 / 3 = 240 points
This way, if you care about your stats you will try to kill players with high ratios and not newbies with low ones, because killing newbies would make your average score go down. Besides, if you kill many newbies and get a high kill ratio, other stats caring players will start chasing you to get a lot of points for themselves.
If you kill someone with 0 deaths and/or 0 kills, as he has no ratio, that kill just doesn't count to this scoring system (but it still counts to the normal stats like now).
Also as an option, you can make it so you lose a part of your points for each death, for example in the previous formula you can divide the total points by the sum of your total kills and deaths. So if in the previous example, apart from killing 3 players you have died once, then your score would be this:
7,2 * 100 / 4 = 180 points
And if you have died twice, then it would be:
7,2 * 100 / 5 = 144 points
.
