Player- Valters_Bisenieks
Reason- Speed. He was also Cash hacking but I'm not sure
Extra info- I was in his car as passenger as that was the only way to fraps him. In video its not clearly visible, so just pointing that out. Freak was there on IRC at that time and asked me to Fraps him

I was on IRC when that cheater was there in-game. Yeah I told Hyp3r to fraps him, because there wasn't a way to join in-game. However I tryed to autoban him but he left, because 0rlando told him to remove his cheats or he will ban him, huh lol..

Also I suspected him for a Money Cheat. I think he should be banned. :)

Some say he got the money as donations, but why host off an account that isn't registered and then /q?
He probably did it in the faith that if his, [OPS]Coda account gets banned then he can still play on his Q.Coda account, perhaps? Please investigate

Take a look at FATALTY's money. 5M is what coda can get from his bank account, the rest was propably sent by FATALTY.

His friend [bc]waleed got banned a few mins ago for money cheat by LWBot, but it seems LWBot forgot to ban king too(id 4), proof he has money cheat:

im reporting [bc]mohammed for using some kind of program to get a better aim. I invited him to duel using only uzi, and i was not shooting much but was more running to make it way more difficult for him to aim, but he is still too accurate. here is the video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9HTn6ToZMGw. In round 3 and 5 you can clearly see that abnormal aim.
