Yes you can teamkill but I wouldn't suggest doing that in a mission unless you want to loose.

APB uses the UT3 engine, so you can try out Unreal Tournament 3, see if you can run it, if you can run UT3 imagine APB being a little heavier. If you can't then you will have to wait for Gamerfirst to bring out a client for people with crappy pc's or upgrade your PC

i think im try to run it on my desktop but im gonna come close to minimum requirments though. I dont think my laptop is gonna cut it.

It is not out yet, expected to be out first half of this year for sure. Closed beta is end of February.

It's very long, so if you can't be bothered to read it:

* They're going to change the way upgrades work, each upgrade will have a downside
* They're going to improve missions, make them more fun for both sides
* They're going to impove witnessing criminals and turn it into delivery mission if a enforcer witnesses a criminal, team who delivers gets the cash
* They're going to improve matchmaking and threat level, making it more accurate
* They're going to improve the spawning system, making it more fair and calculate in your team's positions, deaths, enemies etc
* They're going to improve the way your score is determined at the end of a mission

They are adding a new district too which was never released, it's called Asylum (you may have seen the word Asylum on the cisco and clothing, it's a criminal island):

I thought I was the only one who signed up and haven't received an e-mail with the confirmation or whatever, whenever it's sent to you please post here saying that it have been sent I wonder how much longer will it take.

The emails should be sent out tomorrow according to the blog and everybody who registered their email gets a chance for beta if they do what they will be told.
