Hi, when GTA IV came out I bought it on dvd, the retail version.

Now, a couple of months ago I bought the steam version with their cheap deals. But I'd like to resell my retail version. Would it be a problem seeing that I already used the CD Key? I deinstalled it on my pc, but I don't know if it gets linked to that RGSC or Windows Live Games bullshit.

I'd like to resell it because I don't use the retail version anymore. And I don't want to screw people over. Anyone knows more about this?
