4. Be active ingame
5. Be nice to people (that are not in clan)
6. Try to get some friends ingame
7. Suggest them to join your clan
8. Clan is a progress
9. Clan is not like ingame "/gang create" thing
10. You need to work on your clan (see number 2.)
11. See number 3
12. Number 4 and 5
13. Once someone decide to join your clan be nice to him/her and play with him/her
14. If you see new player - thats your chance
15. Help new player and see number 6
16. It takes time for a clan to grow
17. You need guts for a clan
18. And patience
19. Try visiting some other servers and ask people to join your clan then bring them to LWs

not to meddle, but i want to defend his post.
Firstly i think that Devilboy can speak a good english, good enough to have a talk at least (surely better than mine  ) and about the clanhopping matter, he just co-founded TWK to help Dejo (he told this several times somewhere here in the forum i remember).

Anyway his "guide" is helpful to follow for newbies trying to set up a new clan, if only these "clan leaders" would follow it...
