actually i just found that ur wrong D: if i install a 32-bit windows, it will use maximally 3.5 GB of RAM (http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows7/taking-the-mystery-out-of-64-bit-windows)So if i wanna use all my 4 gigs, i need a 64 bit version. And also, ALL versions of windows 7 have a requirement of 2gb of RAM. Ultimate doesnt need 4gb.Also ill get a windows 7 professional, as my sister can get a legit copy from her college. The fact is that ultimate has only a few more features than the professional, so i guess i wont lose anything (ultimate has more of "pro user" programs stuff...)anyways, thanks for the help.
yeah okay i take back that u were wrong, guess i didnt understand what you said oh and i did more reserach on the memory usage, and i found out that it isnt being really used that much; its got something to do with cache and virtual memory, but it mostly doesnt affect anything else...
