If you look on the bottom left of your headquarter page, there's already a link to the official
forum.
There should be two topics named 'recruit of the heart' and 'recruit of the mind'.
You can get recruits easily there by doing the following:
Look at the last post in that topic, and click on the second link there. It should lead to a recruitment page.
Create any army there, it's not important if you play this army or not.
Copy the headquarter's (/hq) link of that new army.
Paste it into a new post in the recruiting topic, and include your recruitment link aswell.
Wait for your new recruit.
Remember that you can only create 2 armies per day under each domain (.com, .net, .es, .fr)
