I dont recall banning this nickname, even logs dont show any record of this nick. I checked my mirc logs and found
 seby nick connecting from Romania, however failing to log in every time and then kicked out of the server

Nth in ban list either. He doesnt provided any further information, so I cant really track this guy.
(I doubt hes even banned on LW)
