We have developed a game Vice city

To the limit

Changed the streets

Centers have been changed gangs

Were completely change the shape of the beach

It will be VC:MP Very easy

We don't allow map mods on Littlewhitey's vc-mp server. And personally, it just looks like you have used map editor / moomapper to take a bunch of objects already existing in the game then duplicated them and placed them around the map. Penis shapes in the sky and guy fawkes mask in the sky replacing the moon... lovely... ah well good luck to you in achieving your goals.
