Hey, forgive me for the late reply. Here's the situation: Previously you were banned by Avenger at the end of last year for death evading. (29/12/13 18:57:17) to be exact. Secondly, another incident occurred while I was on an undercover nickname spectating players on the server. I saw you becoming aggressive to Maikel swearing at him really angrily so it caught my attention and I began  to watch the both of you. Eventually Maikel was about to kill you and you typed /q and left the server. If you don't remember this situation: (which you should) then here are some chat logs before it happened to jog your memory.

After you death evaded I banned you from the server for 5 days however the server was broken at the time and players weren't being banned properly and you were still able to re-join after I had banned you and you thought that you had been kicked and not banned. Since the server was broken and I was unable to ban you at that moment in time I decided out of kindness to let it go and give you another chance.

The most recent ban from me on (07/02/14 17:59:44) is because you have been deathevading still despite what has happened in the past. I received a report from our moderator [DnA]Abdi that you have been death evading when he was on the server with an undercover nickname which lead me to the decision to ban you for 5 days. You can receive more information from [DnA]Abdi. Server staff are also not required to provide evidence to ban players. We can't record our games 24/7 waiting for something to happen such as a player to death evade.

Surely it was not meee , look at the IP adress ,  my Ip is 41.142-x-x and i can add that I have already encountered this problem when there are 4 or 5 days I don't know exactly, but infact I saw my nickname on the list of players and I announce it to foxtrot. He suggest me to go to the site http://community.project-apollo.co.uk/ and change my password, well I think it has happened in those days . it noticeable that wasn't me this is not my kind of talk and i can told you that my password of littlewhitey's server was very easy to estimate it was : 123456


Fake kyzo it isn't "nob" it's "noob" ...

I have looked through our database of IP addresses that you have used to connect to the server the server. A mix of connections have been made from 41.248.*.*, 41.142.*.*, 105.156.*.*,105.157.*.*,105.158.*.*.

I checked all of the addresses beginning with 105.*.*.* to see if any IP addresses matched any other usernames or player accounts that have connected to the server but I could not find an exact match. I have taken a sample IP address from each of the two completely differing IP addresses: 41.142.151.12 and 105.156.145.205. I've looked both of these IP addresses up to gain more details and both are a near match to each other.

I can't see anything which can prove your innocence or suggest that another player may be entering your account without you knowing. To me it just looks as if your IP address subnet is on a rota and changes every few days.

As soon as the ban triggered (correctly) you joined the #littlewhitey.vc-mp channel.
The banishment didn't take an immediate effect because you've been added to the whitelist at some point and I removed your PAC ID from that list on Saturday.

I was playing with my real nick not with my fake nick and we were fighting against each other like always, than i killed him a few times in a row and when i spazzed him on the ground and he had 1% hp left and was about to die he just Rage Quit the game with /q before he died.

By the way it was the real Kyzo who evaded. After this evade i joined XE 30min later and he suddenly joined and apologized to me. Thats the proof that he was the real Kyzo and not some fake guy.

Ive nothing against you Kyzo but if you know the rules well and still doing it you just need a punishment im sorry but that's it learn the damn rules.

Since Kyzo says their is nothing left to say and he has no way of proving his innocence and nor do the staff see anything which suggests that their is any sort of impersonation going our final decision is that you will remain banned. Personally, I don't believe that there is any impersonator I think it's a poorly crafted excuse at trying to get unbanned. I'm not convinced in the slightest seeing as you've been banned for death evading previously (which you admit to) which makes it all the more likely.
