No, I haven't moved the server over to the new box yet. Honestly didn't think anyone would notice as it's always empty anyway.

It's always empty, because no one is wishing to hold an advertising campaign on LW 0.4

If you actually wanted to see someone playing in 0.4 and realize, that your work on it wasn't made in vain, you'd have held one already even without other players' hints. There is a lot of ways to do so. One of the most effective methods would be simply paying players in 0.3 for playing in 0.4, you don't imagine what money makes with people.

Players won't move there on their own, you're the one to decide what'll be the server's fate and if they cannot be taken by force, they can be enticed. This may take some time, but you'll succeed after all.

Getting them enticed is a good solution but the only way I think players will play on 0.4 is till the final release after the final release they should stop using 0.3z and automatically players will move to 0.4 server. Till the final release u should come with ideas make lw  more interesting in 0.4 so players wont miss the old lw on 0.3z patch.

+1 maybe a series of events would help that  or the most active player of the week title some thing like that could really help

It seems to go on and off, so don't worry
