Extra notes: I was playing in green territory and smoke came there I shot his car and punctured it. He asked why you killing me I said "Why you come to our territory" he asked "your territory" I replied positively and then muted me and then got kicked on my ass. The next day when I joined I was unable to chat, I was unable to use any command nothing the only thing I could do is to report , I discussed this matter with p4t, he tried his best in game and he unmuted me but nothing happened. Please unmute me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

[MKs]RoadWarrior told me what happened earlier tonight.  I went into lw's with him, and discovered that he was not muted.  I tried talking to him but all he could do to respond was send a report.  I muted then unmuted him, but nothing changed.  He is currently unable to chat or use commands.  What steps need to be taken to resolve this?
