Check all Cars Owner

last night when I was looking for a car, I found 3 cars that is owned by "." ... I thought 1 car per IP?

Can y'all verify that and be sure none of other cars have Same IP and Names?


 (I learned i can't have it cuz My other IP ((my lady Croga)) have a car so I accepted)

If the vehicle is owned by "." It means it has bugged out and is unable to be purchased until the next server restart.
