have you tried changing the browser or removing s from the url like
https://pacommunity.co.uk/
into
http://pacommunity.co.uk/

All i can say on the matter is it works fine on Firefox here for me.

I'm glad today, it's working properly. My windows is updated. I download updates regularly. I tried to load the page again and again but today, it's working fine. By the way, thanks for the help.
