Deathmatch Stories - Beginnings & Your First Coach
« on: January 18, 2015, 05:27:02 PM »
Hello! I'm not sure if anything similar was posted in SA:MP section, but this is a little idea that might be interesting which i've already seen in VC:MP section a while ago. Here you're free to tell us who was your coach/trainer,how good you are/were & how was the time when you were learning how to properly DM! x)

I'll start with mine.
In 2011-12,i was driving around with R4z0r,enjoying my policeskin and lots more....  8)

Till 2013,i was a newbie, just drive-bying & teamkilling others.Couldn't effort to kill somebody by myself(except for if the certain player didn't even know how to properly walk and aim). After a 7-month break or so,i became more interested in shooting & less in role-playing,so basically had to see how that works. The first one to be my trainer was my school mate, [SkZ]R4z0r(aka [ACE]LittleGolem) at the time.He taught me some basics such as switching & rotating.
After weeks of shooting, finally earned few skills & started thinking that i'm a ''pro''.While the time was passing,i realized something: i sucked at dueling players,so that made my Duel ratio awful( W:4 L:32,this is how it looked like in December 2013,January/February 2014).Funny,isn't it? xD
By the time,i was watching other professionaly skilled players dueling & i hardly tried to copy their moves & tactics, but the task i gave myself was failed.
Since i kind of saw it coming,i had to practice & make my own fighting style. Afterwards,i had nobody whose steps i could follow,i had nobody i can copy/stick to & i had no one interested to show me how hard is the way to the top! Because of that,my decision was clear.
So,after 0.3z was released,my DM turned into a raping machine. :-*
''Street Guy'' - Born on streets, will fight for food! That's who i am.Still being the same! This is pretty much everything you should know about my DM.

P.S Ignorant posts will simply be ignored.

Now,don't be shy and feel free to post yours! :D

cool story!
Now listen to mine
In 2010 I knowed the game, I started playing singleplayers, then when I was checking gta file, I saw a weird icon and I clicked on it, and started opening server with weird names like gdyhftyf24+ and somethings like that, then I opened lw and liked this server, I had an account before called the_greatest, and an old forum account, I learned fighting by killing my brother and getting lessons from bloodster, and now I am like a kitty walking in street getting killed, AND YOU SAW IT RUNEY, YOU DID TODAY!!

that's my story folks, what about yours?

- Hello

I've started to play on this server in December 2013.
As Runey said, I was not interested in shooting with the other players but I have just been canceled. The first player with whom I played was Kibo. He and I were driving alone in SF and LS because we are not in the LV because all our shooting because we were beginners. Another player with whom I am acquainted is simon_guevara.
When we are tired of driving you decide that I shoot with others. Although I was not successful in this, since all I've lost, I just do the game was kinda weird. Then Runej asked to explain to me how to fight.
He explained but it was not that. But after a while I learned to fight, but it still was not good.
Later I learned over time all these things about shooting and fighting.
And so, as you can see, I'm still here and I hope to stay on this server as long as there SAMP my career. :)

Ok, its not a short time.

Well, im kinda newbie... I started playing in november 2014, when i first joined i were killed everytime, i wasnt liking to kill eachothers. I was always driving around. 3 weeks later someone showed me how to buy armor etc, i did that, so i started with kill people but it wasnt simple, i was easy as fuck and i was getting mad because they killed me alltime.....

Now im a little bit improved and i like to play on lw's.

I remember once when i asked you to teach me,you replied with smth like: ,,I don't have to teach you,it's easy to understand how it works'' xD
Wow,what a human remembers,really wow.....

My first day in SAMP is December 1st. I got my pocket money of 1000 Rupees per month. I RAN TO THE MALL (Seriously I ran). And BOUGHT SA Disc. I INSTALLED IT. AND I DIDN"T EVEN PLAY THE GAME! I went to sa-mp.com. And installed HUE. And I started playing the game. I haven't played SA HUE. Just SAMP HUE. And my first trainer is Aryan HUE. He taught me how to drive HUE. How to fly HUE. That the game is not about lag shooting HUE. Thats it HUE.

PS: The "HUE" intentionally typed.

I seriously have no fucking idea of the details. I somehow joined the server (in 2007/08), ended up as some shitty gamepad db race kiddo with a kill ratio of 0.3 and 1.100 deaths, then for some reason stopped using gamepad and started learning to fight. Met all sorts of people on my way (most of them retards!), but never learned from anybody in particual. Everything I can do, I learned entirely by myself, competing against random people. Rage contributed a good part in getting better. I wanted to be able to get my revenge on anybody who kept killing me and I wanted to be able to win any kind of race. That was pretty much my motivation.

I used to be a cheater kiddo in my very first weeks of SA:MP. Being on top of the food chain without cheats was somewhat a "resolution". Never felt the urge to use cheats ever again after I've made up my mind.

That's pretty much all I remember, lol.

SA:MP LW's is currently on the newest version of SA:MP,0.3z(lag compansation on,leadaiming off).So no,if you wish to kill somebody now on LW's,better start getting used to skinhit.
On the other hand, there are still servers which haven't moved to the newest 0.3z,and still are running on 0.3x.
