[1.1]Admin System

Hello all,

Since i like to script with PAWN i decided to make a admin script (by following tutorials) It's very simple it has only 2 commands!

Commands
It have 2 commands, like /kick and /ban
USAGE KICK: /kick ID REASON
USAGE BAN: /ban ID REASON

Not yet, ill try to update this soon!

Nice, you could use sscanf instead of strlen ... its easier.  ;D
