LVPD spawn

It's already been suggested many times before me, but when it was suggested the server was kinda empty and there was no need for it. So Im suggesting to remove LVPD spawn. As we have seen in other topics made by other people, the reason it should be removed is so that all those newbies who finally joined LWs wont get bugged by other players and leave the server. We finally got some new players, so lets not make them leave. This thing is very important in my opinion. Idk what do others think?
