Doesn't give me a error when the SAMP clients opened and got the LW channel at the top I click connect nothing happens, I have spammed it to connect doesn't work tried looking in Task Manager Processor and its not running... if it was running i'd say it would load but isn't and same with my laptop 
I don't know exactly what the problem is, but you could try these solutions.
- Try yo delete gtasa.set from GTASA userfiles in "my documents".
- change settings of gtasa.exe and samp.exe so they are run as administrator.
- disable any antivirus software.
- do an antivirus scan.
- check RAM/CPU usage, if too high, figure out why.
- if you have any mods remove them (some mods need proper uninstall, like some cleo mods).
- Update audio and video driver (gta sa won't start without audio driver).
- Check if your video card can run the game in another computer.
- Copy the game from a friend's PC directly into your computer without installation.
- Check if your video card hasn't broke due to overheat.
If none of the solutions works reinstall windows.
