well the thing is.. he's not BANNED but he's out of country for holidays.. so he can't play GTA SA-MP,.... thats why he is missing the server....

That doesn't give him any rights to spam the forums constantly,though.It's fine to miss the server you like and stuff,but you should always remember to respect the rules of it.
