In the UK the evetn will start at 9:00PM (GMT)
In washington (USA) its -6hr GMT (so 3pm)
Berlin (Germany) is +1GMT = (10pm)
Moscow (Russia) is +5GMT (2am)

Also, Washington, USA in GMT -6 hours? Neither the state of Washington nor Washington District of Columbia (D.C.) is in GMT -6 hours, which is US Central Time. Washington D.C. Is in GMT -5 if I am correct and The State of Washington being in GMT -8.
