I saw SWS's base it was S base but due to what happend to the clan, they got the base.
About your base I guess it isn't/won't be created because you're requesting 9 mansions to be added.

Well I agree that there is enough free space to put 9 mansions but let me clarify why you can't get it;
 1- It would be a showing off place not a normal gang base.
 2- Other clans will complain and they ask for bigger base.
 3- It needs a very big space to place 9 mansions, which makes it unacceptable.
I guess these are enough reasons to not create your base; Although I didn't mention that your clan might die.

nah that was totally bullshit reasons
first of all i didn't asked to clear some place and make there i just found a house and place where it would be and its outside of town
if other clans wants to get a big base they need to find some place and that's all

Attention please.

In light of the recent changes to the banks and money in general, we had updated the prices of everything related to gang/clan bases.

These are the new numbers:

$40.000.000 to buy a clan base.
$10.000.000 to pay the monthly fee.
$15.000.000 to pay the monthly fee if you are late one or two weeks to pay.

These changes are effective starting from April 1st.

That's all.
