Not sure where do you gather statistics but the idc
Took many market shares stats over past few years, the most important US ones, world and other major markets. Compared the shares and got the actual scale. Which shows that Android is losing it's market to iOs.
Android has over 80% market share, I highly doubt its "losing" anything
At some market share scales, Android has dropped to 57% actually, vs the iOS growing 34% and Windows at steady 3% and then then others, actually.
But the numbers mean shit.
Android will keep dominating the market for many years, iOS will be right there behind it. It's the top 2 most popular OS's no matter what any other OS look like and what it is able to do. Even you can't actually compare Android with iOS as even I can develop and run my own Android OS on my 5 years old Arc S. Android has the power of Linux and that's what makes it great. No other system offers that. But Android without custom OS is just same old Gingerbread crap I fell in love with, just like the same old same old iOS I hated since the start.
And I'm just sick and tired of both. That's why I decided to switch to Windows this year. I am shaping the future of Windows for last 2 years. #SoPro
If you think Windows doesn't do anything to revive it's Phone OS, you better Bing look up the latest Windows stuff. And THEN try to look back at AndriOS.
Windows is the future, and they pay me to say this.
