seeing as it was Darfy's initiative to reinstate Niky.Wolf back into the admin team, I will leave it to him to make the final decision regarding the fate of Niky.Wolf as I am not bothered with this guy anymore, and neither do I want to read up on a trillion apology messages and oaths of never screwing up again on IRC when I'm back home in the evening.

I gave mute because attacked me and my clan saying take me desepcion why not use the tag "OSK" without knowing anything about it, at that time I was using the tag "SCO" just for the fun, and he said that, and I felt assaulted, which the non apologized and mutie, soon after he escaped and went back inside evading mute. I can not judge if you do not understand the meaning of some words in Spanish, and that one word can have more than 3 different meanings, depending on how and where you use them. First, I do not know if you can understand what i said, I said it in the shape of joke, and did not say exactly that " your clan is a disappointment " I said: " he remained disappointed of the OSK " (as you can see in your illustration). Really your reaction was exaggerated, you leave yourself to go too much for your emotions, and to qualify my person or some another user like " another child who cries " really stops much about which to speak.

And in addition I can see that you have an imbalance as for the sense of the correct thing.

For example, another day when I killed you for the back, you said to me: "you are of the disgust tecmega". Lamentably of this already I do not have record, but the topic is that I can manage to believe, that if i had said the same thing of you, surely had me expelled or muted.

Had hard time deciding what to do here.

According to the evidence given, Niky.Wolf did misuse the powers granted by his position over a such a minor assault, should it be called one or not.

From another perspective, this report smells like just another attempt to defame Niky.Wolf and make him lose the position. Like said, the translation might not be 100% accurate and so some of the content might slightly differ from what was intended and presented, more or less favoring either of the parties.

Either way, this is an unfortunate case which could have been easily avoided but turned out to be a bigger fuzz than it actually is instead. Unfortunate too that this is what me and morphine have to waste our time on while there are many higher priority matters to be dealt with.

@Niky.Wolf: I have decided to issue you an official warning. Why I chose not to remove you from the staff is solely because I do not feel this report outweighs all the effort you have put to make this community a bit better place.
I shouldn't even mention that you're on very thin ice right now. I urge you to carefully consider any action you make from now on especially if you even have a hunch it might lead to something not cool. I fully trust you with this position and I know you are mature enough to carry the responsibility. Now is your final chance to prove me right. Please don't disappoint me.

@Tecmega: I can't overlook the fact that you did violate the rules by evading the mute he was given too, regardless of whether it was justified or not. This is not acceptable, but under these circumstances no action will be taken against you.
