HELP!! HELP!! HELP!!

I have a problem in ((GTA VC))AND  IN SERVER!!! I I've reinstalled (GTA VICE CITY AND MULTI PLAYER AND FILE SERVER!!!!!!!!!!!
C:\Users\MY \AppData\Local\Vice City Multiplayer
here and  AND I DOWNLOAD NEW GAME SAME PROBLEM!!+ delete saves game!!!!
I spoke with ADMIN FOR THIS
(((Most members see use hacker)))
But this happened after placing of new additions and weapons to the server, please help !!!!!! I can not play in these situations !!!!

Unfortunately it looks like that the custom weapons that got added recently aren't being loaded on your screen probably because you have a slow internet connection and/or the files you downloaded somehow became corrupt. Instead of the weapons you get this camera, and to others you are invulnerable which looks like you are using some sort of F1 hack. Unfortunately, it looks like all the people that have these problems need to wait for couple of updates. If this problem still occurs even after the update I think that the custom weapons are probably going to be removed.

NOT FOR SPEED NET my speed 6MB in sec to 17mb BUT I HAVE .rar for wepons damge file!!!!!!!

Attention Kaspersky users
Your antivirus software is deleting or blocking a critical file for VC:MP, libpng15.dll. Not having this file can result in missing textures, not being able to see the VC:MP splash screen, missing weapons, and other undesirable behavior. Make sure that the following file is whitelisted:

Windows Vista-10 Users
C:\Users\<YOUR USERNAME>\AppData\Local\Vice City Multiplayer\04rel003\libpng15.dll

Windows XP Users
C:\Documents and Settings\<YOUR USERNAME>\Local Settings\Application Data\Vice City Multiplayer\04rel003\libpng15.dll

Since the cause has already been posted, I'm going to post a solution for anyone whose DLLs have already been deleted by Kaspersky:

Hello, would someone help me as the dll up? Occurred the following one day after doing the latest update of the VC: MP my Antivirus (Kaspersky) detected the dll as a Trojan, as said by other users. But anyway I innocently ordered that the antivirus "disinfects is" therefore believe he deleted the libpng15.dll now I can not play anymore! Could you tell me how to restore the dll? Thanks 

First you need to whitelist the file in Kaspersky:
http://support.kaspersky.com/10017

Then you need to go into this folder:
C:\Users\YOUR USERNAME\AppData\Local\Vice City Multiplayer (or wherever you installed VC:MP)

And delete the folder named "04rel003." Close and open the browser again. This will force VC:MP to redownload all the files it needs to run.

Thank you very much dear brother!! ((repaired the problem)) problem program protection from viruses ((KASpersky securty internet ((2013-and2016)) deletes the file ((libpng.dll)) now if i play turn off  stopped protection and go to play! thnks for tell me for white list! thank you very much!
