The following changes have been posted here. If any other changes occur within this version, this post will be updated.
Deathmatch
Players will now earn money for every kill and it will be directly deposited in their bank and gang bank accounts.
Players will now spawn with half armor, 230 rounds of AK47 and 25 rounds of Sniper Rifle by default.
AK47 will deal more damage than the M4. Do you prefer more damage(AK47) or accuracy(M4)?

Properties
The maximum properties a player can purchase at a time is 5.
If a player owns properties and goes AFK for 5 minutes, all their properties will be sold.
Property earnings will now be directly deposited to the player's bank! (No need to hide in the bank anymore). However, if you sell your properties by leaving and rejoining, you will lose 1/2 of all money in properties.

Gangs
The amount earned for taking another gang's turf has increased.
When a gang loses a turf, a percentage of the money that the enemy gang won for the turf will be subtracted from loser's gang bank account.

Spawn Weapons
The base price for purchasing spawn weapons has decreased. However, for every spawn, a small fee will be deducted from the player's bank or gang bank account relevant to the amount of spawn weapons purchased.
If the gang bank account is negative or 0 or if the player isn't in a gang, it will deduct from their personal bank.

Bank Limits
The bank limits have been increased!($5,000,000 for regulars, $10,000,000 for donators, $10,000,000 for gangs)

Special Shop
The new special shop is located at the Emerald Isle entrance. New items are available as well as old favorites have returned.
Death Explosion - A single explosion on the player as they die.**
Death Explosion 2.0 - 4 explosions with each being north, south, east and west from the player.**
Death Explosion 3.0 - A ring of explosions with the dead player being at the center.**
HOP HOP HOP!!! - Allows you to jump in the air with your vehicle.
Spawn Armor - Allows the player to spawn with armor.*
Hidden Blip - Hides the player's blip on the minimap.*
Hidden Nametag - Hides the player's nametag(name, health and armor).*
High Jump - Allows the player to jump higher to access hard to reach areas.*
Spawn Chainsaw - Player spawns with a chainsaw.*
Burst - Gives the player a burst of speed(while jumping or in mid-air only) by pressing the sprint key.*

* = Disabled during a duel

Score Streaks
90% of the Scorestreak script was remade and modified to handle more scorestreaks and give the players the freedom to choose 3 scorestreaks instead of everyone having the same constant streaks.
Streaks will end if the player dies, goes inside an interior or time runs out.
However, if they earned a scorestreak, it will be saved until they use it. That means even after they die, it will still be available as long as they didn't use it.
How to gather points:
Killer | Victim
No scorestreak | No scorestreak --> (100 points)
No scorestreak | Scorestreak --> (200 points)
Scorestreak | No scorestreak --> (25 points)
Scorestreak | Scorestreak --> (150 points)
Race: (250 1st, 200 2nd, 150 3rd)
Properties: (25 per payment)
Once they earn one or more streaks, a menu can be brought up by pressing the Y key.
Streak Weapons (Players can ONLY choose 3 streaks)
Zipline Deagle - Modifies your Desert Eagle to teleport the player to where their bullet made contact.*
SMG Full Metal Jacket - Modifed SMG that deals more damage to the enemy and pierces through armor.*
Combat Shotgun Explosive Shells - Modifed Combat Shotgun with bullets that explode on impact. Bullet damage pierces through armor but the explosions do not.*
.50 Caliber Sniper Rifle - Instant kill from the waist and up. Deals more damage than normal if shot in the legs and pierces through armor.*
Explosive Sawn-offs - Self explained. Similar to the Combat Shotgun only it does NOT pierce through armor and no headshots.
Sonic Blade - Pump Shotgun will dictate a vector of explosions with a fixed length as the player travels and teleports to the end of the vector.**
Hydra - Spawns a Hydra.
Hunter - Spawns a Hunter.
Noxious Haze - A toxic haze is placed in the coordinates where this is activated poisoning and slaughtering everyone within a fixed radius; except the player who activated this. Poison can be healed by staying away from the area for 10 seconds. Running into interiors while poisoned does not help.
* = Headshots will be an instant kill.
* = Caution: You can end up stuck inside buildings. Admins are NOT obligated to teleport you out. Use at your own risk.
* = Vector will only be in the xy-plane and will NOT travel up or down from the origin point.
Green Bar = First Streak

NOTE: All streaks will expire in approximately 1 minute after activation.

Races
/gotorace has been added so players can teleport to the race in 10 seconds.(If the player has pursuers, they have 10 seconds to kill them or get them out of their vehicle).
The player must have full health, in a vehicle and the vehicle must be in full health when they enter the command.
If the player successfully teleports to the race start and goes far away from the start point, they will be killed to prevent abuse of this.
If the player enters the command but is not in their vehicle before 10 seconds, they will not be teleported.
Race prizes hosted by Cesar will depend on the length of the race and the amount of laps.

Bug Fixes
NOTE: We cannot be 100% sure that these bugs are fixed. Post below to let us know if any of these bugs still persist or another similar bug arose.
AK and Scorestreaks should not be effective in the duel arena anymore.
Property money is now protected if the player crashed.
