Niky report mod abuse

Suspected method of cheat/exploit/rule break used:misuse of mod power
Evidence:logs i didnot spammed in littlewhitey echo as i am no a donator he banned me for his personal reasons and beliefs as he banned me from another 4 channels also
Additional information:i dont thing personal pm on irc are related to littlewhitey or trademardo of lw or if anything happens in pm the result should be on irc as
Note- if you guys think it was my mistake let me know because i dont think a person sgould drag his personal players in this type of server
Note to Niky -  at least you can write a good reason rather than noob  meaning of mod is who helps player moderate forum in absence of admins atleast dont try to show me that you are mod i know that you are mod and i am not scared of you you are not a god that i will bend against you and if you have a clear clarification of the decision you did plz tell me i am very easgered to know
Note to admins - plz tell me if this type of behaviour is tolerated by management team if it is tolerated i have no words

I don't think pm are included or part of lw as we can pm a person even if he is in another channel I know you guys can see pm from game but pm=private mash on Orc and I don't think it is properity of lw so whatever happens in pm is property of lw and I am not a donator that's why I can't chat that's kinda silly when you can't even chat in echo then what's Nikys problem

These 4 logs don't prove anything, you might've provocated him so the result for that was a ban. You should post anything else you got or come clean hence I bet Niky didn't go crazy for no reason.

i was a very good friend of your as  you would remmeebr i dont know what striked in your mind that you banned me i never wanted to report this issue can you plz tell what message i spammed that you banned me i will always be your friend will never be  a enemy i always praised you and you also helped me in many cases when i was banned from this server can you plz show me my all the logs when i spammed you except on 15 april 2016 your word always have a power which means i always spam your inbox or whatever in irc i am dam sure your logging would be probably on and you can easily find the logs or if you have hard time finding the logs i CAN SEARCH MY LOGS I AM EVEN HAVING LOGS FROM 2015 OCTOBER WHE I FIRST STARTED USING MIRC AND I CAN SHOW YOU ALL LOGS HOW MANY TIMES I SPAMMED  i think everyone should pay for his deeds as managers admins force players to pay for their deeds by some sort of punishment

Niky, you do not exclusively own the LW echo channel and therefore cannot ban people from it on a whim. there always has to be a reason in strict correspondence with the rules of the LW VC:MP server that will back up your decision of banning a player off the LW echo.

I'll let you off with it this time, but I sure as hell hope you have learned your mistake and will do your absolute best to not resort to such miserable behavior in the future.
