Extra notes: This all started whilst p4t was doing a racing event i joined it, he banned several players, plus one of the admins there was saying " p4t is slowing running out of patience, be careful or smth" Wrblix that unskilled troll from the LWs tried to fuck up my race twice, PaiN saw it all, i won the race, i got rewarded.

I told p4t about wrblix trying to fuck my race surprisingly he replied back with "its allowed" when i saw him drowning/kicking/banning ppl for the same offense. Instead warning/kicking/banning p4t told me to be mature for once in my life, plus to understand/learn english trying to justify wrblix trolling, telling me i shouldnt play at the same time as wrblix if i didnt want to get trolled instead of punishing him cos of the same offense he punished other players for.

what is also funny is p4t trying to make fun out of my english skills, at least im able to speak another lang besides spanish (in your case the so loved AMERICAN english)at a 65% not like you.

well after that i called punknoodle p4t's asslickers(few times) since he supports everything p4t does and thats right nobody can deny it, (plus spaniards and italians never had a good relationship and WE consider italians quite dirty.) then p4t decided to temp-ban me for calling him p4t es un maricon, thats spanish and yeah i do confirm i said that cos this guy doesnt have the same measuring bar for everyone,i just call him faggot in spanish he muted me i rejoined the server then he banned me for 4 hours, i do consider it as an insult since im a regular player, admins always get insulted but they dont go and ban someone like p4t did to me, metalord eddy niky and a few others get insulted and they dont mute someone for that, plus p4t unmuted me many times while i was muted by server itself.

i request myself to be unbanned since im a regular LW PLAYER and 80% of reports i make by /report are ignored and now i got banned cos of p4t being mad.

PD: you can consider this as an admin report agaisnt p4t as well.

This is rather lengthy so I'll try to sum it up in a few paragraphs.  This is all from my point of view, of course.  I did a race yesterday which went fairly well, with the exception of Blix taking it upon himself to troll juan in his hydra during the race.  Somehow, juan still won 1st place and was awarded a generous $300,000.  After the race, he expressed concern about blix and I told him that I couldn't control what players do during the race.  Since LW's is a DM server, naturally players are going to shoot/hit cars that are driving by, regardless of an event taking place. 

I make a point to drown/kick players that shoot before the race starts, but after the race starts anything goes.  After explaining this to juan, he told me he was going to camp at the finish line of the next race and shoot all the racers with m60, claiming this was no different from what blix was doing.  We got into an argument in which I admit, I said some mean things just as juan did.  After realizing that I couldn't make juan understand my point, I turned chat off to get a moment's peace.  Eventually I left, and after coming back in a couple of hours, juan immediately began insulting me without any provocation.  I muted him, just so I could have enough time to tell him that I won't tolerate constant abuse or insults from a player, and he quit.  Since this is mute evade, I treated it like any other player and tempbanned him for a few hours.

A couple of things I noticed about juan's lengthy post.  One, his use of the word "spanitard' and calling italians "dirty."  I'm usually the last person to complain about this, but this kind of extreme nationalism is on par with racism in my opinion, and should not be tolerated from any player, even if it is joking around.  I also noticed that he brought several other players, including Punknoodle, who is completely innocent and has nothing to do with this, into it.  This is an issue between me and juan, and nobody else.

So I'll put the question to the rest of staff.  What is/isn't allowed during race?  Should I have punished blix for hitting the cars, or not?  The solution to a disagreement is not to insult each other and "report" each other in the hopes that we get each other banned/demoted.  I would actually love to have an open discussion about specific rules that are enforced exclusively during races.

This is directly to juan.  Juan, I know you're a regular player and I had no problem with you before this.  If you can control your emotions and have a civilized conversation with us, then this will go a lot smoother.  But if I come in the server and you start throwing insults at me before I even say anything to you, I'll have no problem muting you for a few minutes to let you cool down, and when I do, whatever you do, don't quit.

you didnt explaing me those things like youre saying here p4t, actually you were being somewhat harsh and that comes from you being mad from the very start of the race, an admin stated you were running out of patience, so dont come a try to show everyone you explained me all of that in a good way cos you didnt, i said the m60 camp thing after you told me, its not my problem juan, learn to understand english juan, be mature for once juan, dont play as the same time if you dont want to get trolled by blix juan, what would you expect from me after you telling me those things? to kneel down and suck your balls like a submissive bitch no i responded back since you were not right and you warned players for the same offense blix did.

you just tempbanned me because you were mad from what happened in the race, and everyone saw you were out of patience you even told me to shut the fuck up twice and all i was trying to do was telling the nubs shooting to stop since exploding each car would make you more effort to make the event via having to reget cars and players again,i even saw you drowning a guy that was doing nothing but standing stilli on the road still you tell me to shut the fuck up which proves my point of you being mad.

what you did wasnt right and i stand by my point plus many players think the same.

I also hope i typed english good enough since you also attempted to make fun out of my english comprehesion and how mature i was, but dude what you did yesterday wasnt so mature either even if you ran out of patience thats not actually my problem.

PD: and yeah purposely ruining other races during events should be disallowed and now that i got into mind back when i started playing vcmp again in may-june 2016 amiel kicked me from the server for ramming some racer even it wasnt on purpose, he kicked me out from server.

Just like you do in derbies, you shoulda applied that rule in the so called race instead of justifying it with that wrblix being a troll because everyone can be a troll here. even if i won even if i got a generous reward (doesnt matter since i gave it back to you) i want fair races just like derbies are.

what also dissappointed me was you questioning my english comprehesion when a few months back you told me by yourself im glad to see ppl juan and ryne i can have a good talk in english with.

PD:yet you re wrong again i didnt call myself spanitard i said spaniard and thats not an insult in my book, everyone call spaniards to spanish ppl born in spain and its not an offensive word and as for the racism thing you stated ive got insulted several times by spanish speaking ppl from america just because im from spain, so dont do that way please.
Abut the punknoodle part, i was speaking to eddy in the server about the issue you and i had, since punknoodle understand spanish or at least he tries to, i asked him if he was gonna tell all of the conversation i was having with eddy to you, he replied with yeah im gonna tell him it all dunno if he was trolling or not i honestly think he was gonna do it for real, then you joined i called you p4t maricon like the 2534543 times you joined or i joined the server and i said p4t noob, p4t fucker, p4t motherfucker etc nothing happened. but you were mad about me questioning your way to manage that race and you muted me.

ive thought about it and i came to the conclussion to try to disscuss this in a good manner, however i dont think you acted correctly and i felt attacked by you. i dont consider the temp ban right either, many players dont. however Im gonna apologize for that p4t maricon.
I hope you apologize as well, cos you told me to shut the fuck up twice when i was only trying to stop those noobs from ruining the even (one of the reasons you were out of patience for)
Imo your manners agaisnt me werent right and you know it you were a bit heated cos of it took you a lot to make the event, also my manners werent good when calling you p4t maricon nor when i called punknoodle asslicker so i repeat im sorry.
as you said this can go in a civilized way and nobody has to be demoted/banned.

I'm sorry for making you feel bad and for not being more mature about how I handled your initial critcism while in-game.  I have a temper and it's something I'm working on.

However, my point still stands about you mute evading.  You still broke the rules, but since that tempban was only 4 hours it's honestly not worth talking about anymore.  At this point I'm more concerned about your death evade from last night.

I'm still waiting to hear input from other staff members on whether or not we should enforce special rules during events...
Personally I think it would be a tremendous hassle and would basically mean we'd need multiple admins, even for small events.

I like the events the way they are right now, they are always messy and will probably be that way as long as they rely on staff organisation. However in my opinion there should be a wide set of commands specifically made for events, i.e. a /disarm command, in this way the hoster is allowed to have more control on the event. That still wouldn't make them less messy anyway unless they are scripted, because there is always a chance of being shot during the races, roadblocks and the like.
