About BB thing,i dont think they will be active here,they made this topic in 2008,and now they just updated it to remember us its their 3rd year.

What you mean are u allowed to use tags?U mean to put ur tag in topic tittle?Yes you can do that,but only starter can change the topic name or some admin.
