I don't think those stats are stats of LW.. Those are overall stats..

But it must not include stats of person who has stats  turned off..!

You can check players' stats if this is what you ask via PAC, although there aren't any weapons stats and leaderboards. This is the only unofficial one based on ELO, don't even know if it still works: http://forum.littlewhiteys.co.uk/index.php/topic,22256.0.html
