Suspected method of cheat/exploit/rule break used: Team Shooting/Griefing

Additional information: He/She is continuously destroying the chopper near his team in order to kill them, I've been keeping an eye on him since yesterday, not only does he team griefs but also tries to evade his death by using the kill command. Unfortunately, I don't have proof for that yet however I've got one video where I shot him down and he used kill command but I still recieved the kill for it so if you want that video, I can upload that as well.
