not really a ban appeal, if this doesnt get clearly enough i will request my 6 days ban to become a perma-ban

first of all i was playing on the server, milko came in and asked me how was everything going on, we started to talk about a trending topic a guy out of nowhere came in from IRC saying "stop insulting my god, etc oh i will report you" i asked several times to end that kind of talk but that retarded kid wont stop typing things from irc so i trolled him a lil bit, milko was there.

lets make one thing clear i never liked the muslim religion, i currently dont like it and never will, however that doesnt mean i couldnt be cool with muslim ppl but a random lame kid that appeared out of nowhere and woulndt stop saying stop insulting my god and my religion etc when we were just discussing about a trending topic even i told him many times i didnt want to continue such talk, but oh well many ppl get insulted on LW everyday with worse things and if this ban isnt being revoked for such a shitty thing id like my ban to be increased to permanent

Sorry for the interruption, as many of you know it, I had already taken care of the report against Juan and I had decided to give him a warning, although he had been reported before for the similar thing and I still decided to give him a final warning. A staff member then contacted me if he can override my decision, I agreed with him and juan got punished(1 week ban). So I've been sitting with this and I was thinking about to reconsider my decision since it was decided by me to give him a warning and I had moved the report to resolved reports board, thus it was a final decision by me. It's kinda annoying to decide a higher punishment later while the report has been resolved. I would still prefer to talk within the staff team if a higher punishment is needed for the player while a decision has been made by a staff member, for future cases like this.

Juan I've unbanned you, remember this is your final warning. Next time if you get caught doing the same thing I'll leave it for the others to handle it and you may expect a punishment this time.
